Airsim started as an open-source AI simulation project by Microsoft. Since its early days, the brilliant minds and Cosyslab from the University of Antwerp have added new features, overhauled the API’s, included ROS2 Support and added new sensor modalities likes GPU Echo and GPU Lidar. We provide a pre-built binary with many features included, but you can also download the plugin here if you prefer to build your own.
